Can I cancel my Way of Wade order?

Before your order is shipped, you may contact us at any time with your order number to request a cancellation. We will process your request as soon as we receive your email.


Please kindly note that due to time zone differences, the package may already have been shipped by the time we handle your request. However, please rest assured that we will do our best to intercept the package.



If your package has just been shipped, we will immediately contact the carrier to attempt interception. We will inform you whether the interception is successful or not.


If the interception is not successful, or if the package has already been shipped for several days, please do not worry. You may contact us after receiving the package, and we will arrange a return and refund for you.


Kindly note that we strongly advise you not to refuse the delivery, as this may result in the package being returned to the sender and potentially destroyed by the carrier.
