How do I modify my Way of Wade order?

Please email us at support@wayofwade.com with your order number and the details of the modification you would like to make. Once we receive your email, our team will assist you as soon as possible.


If your order has not been shipped yet, we will do our best to update the order information. 


However, due to system limitations, some orders may not be editable and may need to be canceled and reordered. If you agree with this solution, please let us know in your email.

Kindly note that due to time zone differences, your package may have already been shipped by the time we process your request. No worries—we will do our best to intercept the package and keep you updated.


If your order has just been shipped, we will attempt to intercept it once we receive your email.


If your package has been shipped for a few days or the interception is unsuccessful:


  • For address or recipient information changes:

Please pay close attention to the tracking updates. 

Once the package arrives at your local post office, kindly contact the local carrier as soon as possible to request           delivery to the correct address or arrange self-pickup, to avoid the package being returned due to failed delivery.


  • For size or colorway changes:

Please contact us after receiving the package, and we will assist you with the return process.


*Please do not refuse the delivery, as this may result in the package being destroyed instead of being returned to us.
