How do I return my Way of Wade order?

To return one or more items from Way of Wade, please follow the steps below:

1. Check eligibility

You have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags attached and in original packaging.

If tags were removed but the shoes are still in original condition and only tried on, you may still contact us to return.

2. Contact us & submit photos

Email support@wayofwade.com with your order number or proof of purchase. 

Please also provide photos of the shoe (front view), outsole, shoebox, and tags (if still available) for verification.

If it is the clothing return, please kindly provide photos of the front and back of the item, the product label, and the packaging.

3. Wait for confirmation

We will review your request and reply with the next steps.

Important:

*Please note that customers are responsible for the total shipping costs of returned items if the products have no quality issues.

*Do not send the item back without contacting us first.
