How do I return my Way of Wade order?

To return one or more items from Way of Wade, please follow these steps:


For U.S. located Team Wade members and guests, this is the procedure:

  • Contact us at support@wayofwade.com.

           *Please do not send the items back without contacting us.

  • Well send you a return label along with instructions. Please do as the instructions said.
  • Send the package back to us following the instructions.
  • After our warehouse receives and evaluates the items (unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.), your refund will be initiated.
  • After the refund is approved, it will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment channel in around ten business days. 

For Team Wade members and guests located outside of U.S., this is the procedure:

  • Contact us at support@wayofwade.com.

           *Please do not send the items back without contacting us.

  • Well contact you via email for further negotiation.


*Please note that customers are responsible for the total shipping costs of returned items if the products have no quality issues.
