We sincerely apologize that we currently do not offer exchange services. Instead, we recommend that you return the item first and then place a new order for the correct product or size.
According to our return policy, items must be unworn and unused, with tags attached, and returned in the original packaging. If the tags have been removed but the shoes remain in original condition and have only been tried on, your return request may still be considered.
When contacting us, please include your order number and provide clear photos for verification, including:
- Shoes (front view)、Outsole
- Shoebox
- Tags (if available)
- Apparel: front and back view, packaging bag
*Returns can be requested within 60 days of receiving the item.
*If the return is not due to a quality issue, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
