Please know that we emailed you to keep you updated on as soon as we got news about your shoe delivery failure. Please refer to the screenshot below.

After reconfirmation with our carrier, the decision to return failed packages for destruction is at the discretion of the local post office. We also have no right to interfere with the post office's decision.

To be honest, we feel as sad as you do about failed deliveries. Because it means that we lose both shoes and money.

In view of your particular circumstance, we have offered a full refund to your original payment account. Please check it.
It usually takes 3-7 business days to receive the refund. If you do not receive it, please consult the relevant bank for details.
