Delivery failed - SF Express - Pick up first

We just got feedback from the carrier that your package has not been successfully delivered and you need to pick up it by yourself. Could you please try to contact your local post for confirmation within 1-2 days to avoid the package being returned to the overseas service provider operation center for destruction? Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
