We are really sorry for the problem caused to you. 

Please know we carefully checked the status of the shoe box before the package was shipped out. However, unexpected things might happen to an international package during transit. We have reported this issue to our carrier and asked them to improve this situation in future cooperation. 
 
After discussion, we want to refund 15 USD for compensation. Or we are able to offer you a 20 USD coupon. Would you please keep the product?
