We are more than happy to assist you with your return. Before we can formally proceed with the process, we kindly ask for your confirmation of a few details to ensure everything is handled smoothly. We would greatly appreciate your patience in carefully reviewing the relevant details.
1. The returned item is unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
2. Both the insoles and outsoles remain clean.
3. The tags should not be taken off.
4. The shoe box is in its original status, do not paste or graffiti anything on the shoe box.
We reserve the right to decline a refund if the returned item does not comply with our refund policy requirements.
Just a gentle reminder that we currently do not offer an exchange service. Regardless of whether you’re looking to exchange or not, we kindly suggest returning the current pair of shoes and placing a new order for the correct item.
In accordance with our return policy, the customer will bear the shipping cost if the return is not due to a product quality issue. It means a $15 shipping fee for each item returned will be deducted from the refund amount.
Could you kindly confirm that your return meets the policy above and that you agree to the return shipping cost? If so, we will be glad to provide you with a return label and further instructions.
After our warehouse receives and evaluates the item, and provided that the quality inspection confirms no defects, the refund will automatically be applied to the customer's original payment method around 10 business days.
