Please be advised that the return label has been sent in a separate email to the address associated with your order. The email format is shown in the screenshot below. We kindly ask you to check your inbox (including the spam/junk folder) to locate the return label email.

Here are some instructions you may follow to ensure a smooth refund:

1. Please ship the package within 15 business days, otherwise the return label will become invalid.
2. Please send the shoes in the original box. The shoes should be clean especially the outsoles and in its original status. Do not stick the shipping label on the shoes box. Otherwise, we will be unable to process the refund.

Kindly know that the return process may take 15-20 working days to complete, because after receiving the package we need time to evaluate the damage of returned items.
