We are writing to ask for your help so that we can give our carrier feedback on your issue and improve.
1. Do you still have the box in the picture?
2. If yes, could you please try to tear off the shipping label on the box to see if there is another shipping label underneath (the place circled in red in the picture) and take a photo? Because we just got feedback from our carrier that the box in the picture actually has 2 shipping labels. The first shipping label was covered by the second shipping label. Now our carrier needs the screenshot of the first shipping label to figure things out. So if possible, could you please try blowing it with a hair dryer first, then tear off the second shipping label and take a picture of the information on the first shipping label for us?
