What should I do if my package hasn’t been updated for several days?

We completely understand your concern.


The tracking information will usually update once the package arrives at the next sorting facility, which typically takes 3–7 business days. Sometimes, even though the package is still in transit, the local postal service may need additional time to scan and update the status.


You may also contact your local post office with your tracking number for further assistance or to help speed up delivery inquiries. In most cases, the package is still moving even if the tracking appears to be stuck.


Please kindly allow some time for the update. If there is no tracking movement for more than 7 business days, please contact us support@wayofwade.com and we will immediately contact the carrier to investigate.


Rest assured, we continuously monitor the shipment status. 

If you do not receive your package in the end, we will arrange either a refund or a replacement for you.
