Sorry to tell you that we do not have exchange service currently. If you have bought unsuitable shoes, it is suggested that you return the shoes and place a new order for the right item.


We have a 60-day return policy. It means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return or a warranty. Customers are responsible for the total return shipping cost if it’s not due to product quality issue.


If your address is within the U.S. main territory, we can provide a return label. Please note that a return shipping fee per item will be deducted from the refund.

If your address is outside of the U.S. main territory, kindly note that we are unable to generate a return label for international locations. In this case, you'll have to take your package to your local post office and send it to our warehouse. We recommend confirming the shipping cost with your local carrier.
