We offer a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return or warranty service.
Please note that we do not currently offer exchanges. For any exchange request, we recommend returning the original item first and placing a new order for the correct product.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
We recommend keeping tags on and placing protective paper inside the shoes when trying them on.
If the return is not due to a quality issue, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
