Just a gentle reminder that we do not currently offer exchanges. Whether you wish to exchange an item or not, we kindly ask that you return the current pair of shoes and place a new order for the correct item.

We are happy to assist you with the return and refund. Due to system limitations, we are unable to generate a return label directly for your address. Please send your package via your local postal service to our European warehouse at the address below:

Please note that return shipments with cash on delivery are not accepted and will be refused. Please avoid attaching the shipping label directly to the shoe box, as this will result in the shoes failing inspection.
