Returns and Refunds -

We hope this message finds you well.

Our warehouse has received the  you returned. However, upon inspection, we found that the soles were dirty. Please refer to the attached photos for reference. 

According to our refund policy, all the returned shoes should be unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, and the refund will be initiated. Please refer to the screenshot of our refund policy below for reference. 


Refunds can only be processed under these conditions to ensure fairness for all our customers, including those purchasing the next item. We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter.

Given the above, we regret to inform you that we are unable to proceed with the return and refund for this item. After careful discussion, we propose to send the worn and untagged shoes back to you. Could you please confirm if your shipping address is still correct?
