Chargeback – Duplicate payment

Hi,

Thank you for your order. 

However, we noticed that you initiated a dispute for order # on PayPal. The reason is duplication of charges.

Is there a misunderstanding? After checking, you paid a total of $ for order #. We didn't overcharge your money.

In addition, from the 2 screenshots you provided, there is a screenshot showing that your order # cost a total of US dollars. That's because our system rounds up the order total to an integer. But you actually paid a total of $. Please refer to the screenshot below.

Or do you mean that you originally wanted to pay in 4 installments, but due to system reasons, it has become a one-off payment?
